Job Duties Include:
- Visiting with homeowners to share the options they have with Holencik
- Making follow up calls
- Processing all paperwork related to each proposal as well as projects sold
- Communicate with in house production crews for related projects
- Completing 2 appointments per day
- 40% close ratio expected
- Attending weekly networking group meetings
- Inspecting roofs, siding and gutters must not be afraid of heights
Requirements
- Must be approachable and have a genuine demeanor
- History of success with sales and closing
- General knowledge of roofing and construction preferred but not required
- Microsoft proficiency a must- This is how you will create your client proposals
